RMB Projects are proactively committed to the continual improvement of health, safety and environmental processes and performance, and to the identification, evaluation and elimination of hazards that could cause harm to people, property and our environment.

Working along the approved codes of practice as laid down by the regulatory bodies and the statutory provisions of the Health and Safety at work act.

RMB Projects primary aim is to help and support clients from the commencement of a new working relationship and our Clients’ needs are given a firm priority and commitment.

Total commitment from all levels of RMB Projects management is essential for the success of an effective Health, Safety and Environmental Management Programme. Such commitment and leadership must be visible throughout RMB projects, with accountability demonstrated at every level of the organisation. Therefore, within each, the company:

Management will lead by example.

  • Issues associated with Health, Safety and Environment will be held of
    equal importance to, and integrated with, other business objectives.

  • Systems will be in place to engage, train, develop and maintain competent
    and informed personnel.

  • A written policy statement and compliance programme will be established
    and implemented that includes development of HS&E procedures and
    performance objectives, measurement of performance against the
    established standards, and individual responsibility and accountability.

  • A process for ensuring continual improvement of the high standards of
    HS&E programmes and performance will be maintained.

  • An atmosphere fostering total employee involvement and open
    communication in the HS&E processes will be developed encouraged and
    maintained.
